Withdrawals Terms & Conditions
You do not have to withdraw your winnings at the end of each session. The secure server of our casino saves your account balance each time you log off the casino; the moment you log on again, you're account balance will be immediately available. When withdrawing from your casino account, you may have to provide ID documentation such as copies of credit cards, utility bills or driver's license. The possible request for documentation is done in the interest of shielding casino players from fraud and theft
The minimum amount for a Wire Transfer Cash Out is $500, we will not be able to process your request and the funds will be added to your Casino account.
Exceptions:
Due to MasterCard's regulations we are not permitted to return funds to your MasterCard Credit Card. Therefore, deposits made using a MasterCard Credit Card will be returned via other payment method than the one requested by you, such as through different payment providers or a wire transfer.
If you made a Citadel deposit/s prior to cashing out, your withdrawal might be subject to additional waiting days until the deposit has been fully cleared. If your Citadel deposit/s is returned (declined), your withdrawal will be declined and your winnings voided.
Withdrawals Limits:
While there is NO LIMIT to the amount a Player can cash out in the casino, there is a maximum amount that can be Withdrawn in one time. For receiving any Withdrawal which is higher than $9,000, an amount of $9,000 (or the corresponding amount in the currency of payment) will be paid to you once a month, upon your Withdrawal request, until the full amount of your Withdrawal is paid. The foregoing applies also to Withdrawals of progressive jackpots. Withdrawals depend on verification of all required documents as set in clause 9.

All days here are business days (Not including Weekends and Holidays), and that there is a different time frame for VIP's.
All wagering requirements must be fulfilled before players are eligible to cash out any winnings.
We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawal greater than the player's original deposit if the bonus and/or the deposit is played in any of the excluded games, mentioned in the Terms & Conditions section of each bonus.
